After almost 40 years of experience in public life, Pierre Bourque is starting his third career as president and C.E.O.
of a new and vibrant international company, Constellation Monde.
A lifetime of accomplishment as a top level civil servant and eventually as Mayor of Montreal allowed him to travel and
develop lasting relationships around the world, especially in Asia. Pierre Bourque is now bringing his considerable professional
expertise to building bridges between nations and to creating worthwhile exchanges between Canada and the rest of the Global Village.
To help in this task, Mr. Bourque has recruited the services of his friend and associate of twenty years, Wen Qi a Canadian of
Chinese origin that has assisted him in his Canadian career and was fundamental in helping Mr. Bourque develop his strong ties with China.
Constellation Monde and its Chinese affiliate, Constellation China as well as other affiliates presently in the making
(Constellation Africa, Constellation Maghreb, Constellation Japan etc.) want to become the model for a 21st century
society dedicated to better international inter-dependence and to the goal of sustainable human development everywhere.
